Bella’s Wonderland - Southport, Goldcoast

Bella’s Wonderland stands out as one of the best indoor play centres I’ve discovered in South East Queensland. This isn’t your typical play centre; its unique aesthetics and thoughtful design elevate the overall experience, making it well worth the drive from Brisbane.
The onsite café is quite impressive, featuring fun menu items like Milkshakes, Mini Cheeseburgers and Karaage Chicken. I also appreciated the comfortable parents’ room, perfect for accommodating newborns—a nice touch that makes a difference.
Everywhere you look, there’s something eye-catching. My son was completely captivated by the planes hanging from the ceiling in the café, which inspired us to recreate something similar in his future big boy room!
What stood out to me were the original play areas that I hadn’t seen at other venues. The wooden cube pit was a fantastic addition, and the cute kitchen zone complete with full facilities and a little grocery store with shopping trolleys was a hit. I was also impressed by the dress-up corner for kids, though I would have loved to see some fireman or policeman costumes mixed in, as it was mostly dresses.
Overall, I wish there were more options like Bella’s Wonderland closer to Brisbane. If you happen to be in Canberra, there’s a very similar venue called ‘Little Amigos’’—it’s also worth checking out!
